All messages and communication are dealt with personally by Brian Bayes and will be acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt. I can be contacted by telephone or through our contact page.
Payment and Charges
Your reservation will be confirmed by email within 24 hours. Payments can be made on-line using PayPal or in cash at the end of the hire period. All payments must be made in UK sterling.
Gratuities are not included and are at your discretion but always appreciated.
Cancellation and "No Show" Policy

Flight delays are not subject to extra charges as long as you are still travelling on the same route and flight number.

If your flight is cancelled then we must be notified by you immediately by telephone to the number below as airlines will not give out information to us regarding your travel plans. If you are switched to another flight and you notify us immediately by telephone of the new flight details then there is not normally any charge, except where the driver has already been dispatched. Should no cancellation call be received by telephone and you subsequently do not arrive then this will be considered a "no show". In this case a charge is payable up to the full quoted fare for the journey.

If you need to cancel or change a booking then please advise immediately. Cancellation notified at least 24 hours before travel will not normally incur any charge.

Cancellation or changes within 24 hours of travel must be notified immediately by telephone to the number below. A charge at our discretion of up to the full amount of the reservation may be payable for cancellations received less than 24 hours before travel.

If for any reason you cannot make contact with your driver on arrival at the port or airport then we must be contacted on the telephone number below. Again, should we not receive a call from you and you do not travel then, a full fare may be charged.
Insurance
All our vehicles are insured as required by English law, however whilst every care is taken passengers personal property is carried at the their own risk. The company will do everything possible to ensure the vehicle arrives on time and reaches the destination on time but will not accept liability for events outside our control.
General
The company reserves the right to refuse to carry in its vehicles any person thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs that may pose a threat to the chauffeur, vehicle or other passengers. The company will not tolerate verbal or physical abuse to the chauffeur or other staff.
Smoking is not permitted in any company vehicles.
